Donations Policy
All donations made to Shri Shyam Foundation are voluntary and generally non-refundable.
However, if you believe that a donation has been made in error, you may contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time.
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways including Razorpay. We do not store your debit card, credit card, banking, or UPI information on our servers.
Order Cancellation (For Goods, if applicable)
If you have purchased any physical goods from us, you may request cancellation within 7 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be purchased within the last 7 days
The product must be unused and in its original packaging
The following items are not eligible for return:

Perishable goods
Items not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
Items damaged after delivery or mixed with other products

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 working days using the original payment method.
